Buzzing Bees is an organisation that helps women entrepreneurs make more sales by sharing their network contacts. This is done by creating strong networks that help the women make business referrals for one another’s businesses. Thus, members leverage on the power of other members' networks.

The BUZZINGBEES hive is created for all WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS. Each network or HIVE will meet twice a week online. Each member will pitch her business and present a sales offer. The other ladies will think of potential buyers who would be interested in the sales offer. After the meeting, the members will refer potential clients to one another’s businesses. Referees will receive a commission for each successful referral.

1) Referrals from other members

2) Commission for successful referrals sent to other members

Each HIVE will have 10-12 ladies. In each network, there will be no duplicate in the type of business that each woman has. For example, there should only be 1 baker in a hive. This ensures that all sales related to cakes/bakery needs will be sent to that one person only. By removing competition, we are giving each member more ease to excel in their product sales.

When 6 persons are newly recruited, a new hive will be created. Each hive will comprise a mix of ladies from various countries and nationaliities. Thus, Buzzing Bees is best for those who dream of a global reach.
